Plain terms for a simple transaction: we sell one ladder, you buy it, and both sides know where they stand.
Who you are buying from
This site is operated by Amit Tzipori, trading as LOCAL 330, Sderot Lakhish 121, Kiryat Gat 8204852, Israel. Orders are fulfilled from a warehouse inside the United States.
Products and pricing
- All prices are in US dollars and include free shipping to the 48 contiguous states.
- We try to keep every specification and photo accurate. If we discover a material error in a price or description on an order we have not yet shipped, we will contact you and give you the choice to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
- Product images show the actual product. Minor variation in finish or hardware can occur between production batches.
Orders and payment
Payment is processed by PayPal. Your order becomes a contract when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud. In any of those cases you are refunded in full.
Safety, and please read this one
A ladder is a tool that can injure you if it is used incorrectly. Before every climb, confirm that every latch has clicked into place. Set the feet on firm, level ground. Use the correct lean angle. Do not stand on the top rungs at full extension. Do not exceed the 330 lb rating, which includes you plus everything you are carrying. Retract it in a controlled way and keep your fingers clear of the rungs. Follow the warnings printed on the ladder itself. They are printed there for a reason.
You are responsible for using the ladder safely and in line with these instructions and the manufacturer's warnings.
Warranty
The ladder carries the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Damage from misuse, exceeding the weight rating, alteration, or normal wear is not covered. If you believe you have a defective unit, email us with photos.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Intellectual property
The LOCAL 330 name, the crest, and the text and design of this site belong to us. Product photography is supplied by the manufacturer.
About the LOCAL 330 name
LOCAL 330 is a brand and a bit of fun, named after the ladder's 330 lb load rating. It is not a labor union, a trade association, or any kind of membership organisation, and buying a ladder does not make you a member of anything. The ladder, the specifications, the price, and the customer reviews are all real.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. This does not remove any consumer protection rights you have under the law of your own country or state.
